Instagram DM automation
Clients often ask to book on Instagram, and messages arrive while you're busy in the salon, after closing or on weekends. This module makes sure they don't go unanswered: it handles the conversation and writes the appointment straight into your calendar.
- Replies within seconds to a "haircut tomorrow at 15:00" message sent at 23:00.
- Asks for missing details, suggests a suitable time and, once confirmed, writes the appointment into your calendar.
- Never books over a taken slot — it suggests the nearest open time instead.

How much does Rezzim cost per month?

Do the plans have different features?
No. Every plan has exactly the same features; the only difference is the number of staff accounts: Solo includes 1, Salon 6 and Pro 10.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is completely free with no commitment. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. You can try Rezzim free for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start the trial, and activation usually happens the same day.
Are there hidden fees or per-staff charges?
No. Each plan includes 1 (Solo), 6 (Salon) or 10 (Pro) staff accounts with no per-staff charge. Every feature of the software is the same in every plan. The only optional add-on module is Instagram DM automation (free on Pro); if you don't want it, nothing changes.
What is the Enterprise plan?
It's for businesses that want to grow under their own brand. On top of all features and add-on modules, it includes a website with online booking on your own domain, and a custom mobile app for your business if you want one.
